OUR SUNSET 'DEREK'
LOVE YOU FOREVER !!!
hi patti it's lauren
just want to let you know i'm in dereks site and the bench is a GREAT idea! i think wellington
would be the best place for it. derek and i and friends spent many many days there, playing hack, sitting in the sun, horsing
around, etc. i would love to see something dedicated to his memory in a place that already remineds me of him!
anyways gotta run...hope all is well!!!
Hi Patti, Michele told me you had come in to visit me at work :) That made my day.I would very much like
to contribute to the bench. I can brainstorm a lot of ideas and get the group together. I'll start asking around. I really
think the bench at Wellington Point is the best place, especially since it has special meaning to you. It's funny how when
I think of things, something along the same line happens. I was talking to someone the other day about sunsets.. and I DID
mention you and Derek and Wellington Point Park. (I think I was talking to Will.) This was only a couple days ago... Anyways,
if you could work on the details of how to get the bench and who to contact, I'll help with the fundraising and organizing.
I hope this takes some stress of your shoulders. Much Love Always, Grace
This is a picture of the bench I now have on my Sundeck -
